How long are the totes rented for?
We offer a standard 14-day rental period for all our packages. This allows you to pack and move with ease without worrying about cardboard boxes. Rental terms are finalized during your booking inquiry.
Where are you available?
We serve Northern Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati area. Our service includes Union, Florence, Burlington, Independence, Erlanger, Covington, and Newport. Some outer areas may have a delivery charge.
Are the totes cleaned?
Yes, all our totes are professionally cleaned and sanitized before delivery. We use high-quality, non-toxic cleaning solutions to ensure your boxes are ready for your belongings.
What if a tote is damaged?
If a tote is damaged during your rental, please notify us immediately. We will assess the damage and provide a repair or replacement option. We do not charge for normal wear and tear.
Do I need tape to seal the totes?
No tape is required. Our totes are designed with a secure, zip-top closure that keeps your contents safely contained. Simply zip them closed and you're ready to move.
How many totes should I rent?
Plan for 1 tote per 100 square feet of living space. For a family move, we recommend a minimum of 40 totes to ensure you have enough capacity for all your belongings.
Are dollies included?
Yes, all our packages include 1 to 4 dollies depending on the size of the move. We provide a professional dolly to make your packing and moving process much easier.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes, we offer rental extensions for a small additional fee. If you need more time to pack or have a longer move, please let us know at the time of booking.
